(15mins): Warm Up

(1hr): Density Sessions

  • 10 mins on | 10 mins off | 3 reps.

  • Pick a few climbs in the gym 1-2 grades under your flash level.

  • Climb them as many times as possible!

  • Say you did 4 V7s, next set you’ll try to do 5 V7s.

(1hr): Full Body Workout

  • Team 1 Deadhangs | 30secs | 4 Sets 

  • Team 2 Deadhangs | 30secs | 4 Sets 

  • Toes to Bar | 15 Reps | 4 Sets 

  • Plyo Push Pulls | 10 Reps | 4 Sets

(15min): Cool Down & Debrief
