(15min): Warm Up in Steeps, Spray, and Boards ONLY. No real boulders.
(1.5hrs): MOVEMENT Limit Projecting
GOAL: Learn Movement
Break into semi larger groups with a coach.
Pick 3 skill-based routes. (slab, coordo, mental, etc.)
30mins per route.
(1hr): Threshold Climbing
GOAL: Pair up. Do every climb in the tag.
Onsite level.
Take turns and make it a competition.
Least amount of falls win.
(15min): Cool Down & Debrief
