Mental & Skill Day

(15min): Warm Up in Steeps, Spray, and Boards ONLY. No real boulders.

(1.5hrs): MOVEMENT Limit Projecting

GOAL: Learn Movement

  • Break into semi larger groups with a coach.

  • Pick 3 skill-based routes. (slab, coordo, mental, etc.)

  • 30mins per route.

(1hr): Threshold Climbing 

GOAL: Pair up. Do every climb in the tag.

  • Onsite level.

  • Take turns and make it a competition.

  • Least amount of falls win.

(15min): Cool Down & Debrief
