Volume & Upper Body Day
(15mins): Warm Up
(45min): Flash or Trash
GOAL: Try to flash/send routes FAST.
Pair up in groups of 3.
Pick 5 Onsite Level climbs.
Start a timer for 6mins.
Each climber only gets 2mins to send the route.
Cycle through all climbers.
Rest for 3mins.
(45min): Limit Projecting
GOAL: Pick a style (coordo, strength, etc.)
Project climbs in THAT style.
(45min): Upper Body & Lifting
Everyone (all weighted)
Pec Flies | 15 Reps | 4 Sets
Incline Dumbbell Hammer Curls | 15 Reps | 4 Sets
Skull Crushers | 15 Reps | 4 Sets
Wrist Curls | 15 Reps | 4 Sets
Reverse Wrist Curls | 15 Reps | 4 Sets
