(15min): Warm Up in Steeps, Spray, and Boards ONLY. No real boulders.
(45min): Board Climbing
GOAL: Have fun on TB2!
Free Will (choose one):
(1hr): (BOULDER) Open Projecting
GOAL: Project Scary Routes
(1hr): (SPORT) Sport Projecting
GOAL: Actually climb on Sport pls. 2 routes each (4 total per pair) or 50 burpees. That’s 15mins per route, plenty of time.
(45min): MOVEMENT Limit Projecting
GOAL: Learn Movement
Break into semi larger groups with a coach.
Pick 3 skill-based routes. (slab, coordo, mental, etc.)
30mins per route.
(15min): Cool Down & Debrief
