Mental & Skill Day
(30mins): Warm Up in Steeps, Spray, and Boards ONLY. No real boulders.
(45min): Flash Training
GOAL: Try to flash/send routes FAST.
Pair up in groups of 3.
Pick 5 Onsite Level climbs.
Start a timer for 6mins.
Each climber only gets 2mins to send the route.
Cycle through all climbers.
Rest for 3mins.
(1.5hrs): MOVEMENT Limit Projecting
GOAL: Learn Movement
Break into semi larger groups with a coach.
Pick 3 skill-based routes. (slab, coordo, mental, etc.)
30mins per route.
(15min): Cool Down & Debrief
