Friday, Sept. 12 @ Method (3hrs)

Mental & Skill Day

(30mins): Warm Up in Steeps, Spray, and Boards ONLY. No real boulders.

(45min): Flash Training 

GOAL: Try to flash/send routes FAST.

  • Pair up in groups of 3.

  • Pick 5 Onsite Level climbs.

  • Start a timer for 6mins.

  • Each climber only gets 2mins to send the route.

  • Cycle through all climbers.

  • Rest for 3mins.

(1.5hrs): MOVEMENT Limit Projecting

GOAL: Learn Movement

  • Break into semi larger groups with a coach.

  • Pick 3 skill-based routes. (slab, coordo, mental, etc.)

  • 30mins per route.

(15min): Cool Down & Debrief
