(15mins): Warm Up

(1hr 20min): Siwi Stokt Circuit

  • Try to send all the “Siwi Piwi” climbs on the spray wall!

  • On the GOAT Spray Wall, search up: “Siwi Piwi”

  • If you climb V2-4, do all the “Oink” climbs.

  • If you climb V4-V6, do all the “Moo” climbs.

  • If you climb V6+, do all the “Honk” climbs.

(40min): Lower Body Workout

Everyone (some weighted)

  • W Plyo Pistols | 10/10 Reps | 4 Sets

  • W Bulgarian Split Squats | 10/10 Reps | 4 Sets

  • W Sumo Squats | 10 Reps | 4 Sets

  • Box Jumps | 10 Reps | 4 Sets
